Shipping & Returns

Seville Estate will replace damaged or broken bottles at no charge upon receipt of proof of damage, proof of damage will be accepted via a photo emailed to wine@sevilleestate.com.au.

Delivery service is provided by Australia Post eParcel and is normally completed with 5 days of placing the order.

If Australia Post damage stock in transit they will notify Seville Estate and return stock to the winery which will then be resent as fresh stock, please note this will delay delivery.

Seville Estate does not refund for damaged or missing wine or merchandise; replacement policy only.
